We offer free shipping and assembly in Greater Sydney and the Central Coast for bulky hardwood furniture such as bed frames. Shipping within NSW is free. Shipping within NSW is free. Our courier charges $150 for tail-lift truck delivery to interstate, which is not refundable unless the item arrives damaged.

For other products, we offer free shipping across most deliverable areas in Australia.

For some remote or regional locations, customers may need to collect their order from the nearest courier depot, or a small additional delivery fee may apply. This may include areas in WA, NT, regional/remote QLD, SA, and TAS.

All Dorluxure orders are delivered to your front door only. For larger furniture items, we kindly ask that someone is home to receive the delivery.

• For house addresses: If no one is home, the driver will leave your order in a safe spot near the front door.
• For apartment addresses: If unattended, a contact card will be left in your mailbox so you can contact the courier to arrange redelivery at your convenience.

You'll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, including tracking details to follow your delivery progress and estimated arrival date.

• If your order is ready for dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days for metro areas in NSW, VIC, QLD, and SA, and 6–12 business days for other locations across Australia.
• For hardwood furniture made in our Sydney workshop, delivery may depend on material supply and production timing. We’ll keep you updated along the way, so you always know the progress and expected delivery of your order — no stress, no surprises.
