Return & Refund Policy 

Change of Mind Return/Exchange

We’re happy to offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The original purchase invoice is supplied.
  • All items are unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Damaged Orders

Dorluxure products are carefully packaged to travel safely from our Sydney warehouse to your door. However, if your order arrives with any damage or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photo evidence. We’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.

Cancelling Orders

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

  • Standard Items:
    We’re happy to offer a full refund if your order has not yet been prepared or shipped. If it has already been dispatched, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
  • Pre-Order Items:
    Orders placed in advance for upcoming stock can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Made-to-Order Items:
    For custom-made or made-to-order furniture, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of placing your order. After that, a cancellation fee may apply to cover material and labour costs already incurred.
