We’re happy to offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The original purchase invoice is supplied.
• All items are unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
• The original shipping fee is not refundable except in cases where the item arrives damaged.
• For change-of-mind return requests, buyers are responsible for arranging the return shipping.
• For size exchange requests, buyers are responsible for arranging the return shipping and paying the delivery fee for the replacement item.
• A $50 handling fee applies to each size change request per purchase.

Dorluxure products are carefully packaged to travel safely from our Sydney warehouse to your door. However, if your order arrives with any damage or missing parts, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photo evidence. We’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

• Standard Items:
  We’re happy to offer a full refund if your order has not yet been prepared or shipped. If it has already been dispatched, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
• Pre-Order Items:
  Orders placed in advance for upcoming stock can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund.
• Made-to-Order Items:
  For custom-made or made-to-order furniture, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of placing your order. After that, a cancellation fee may apply to cover material and labour costs already incurred.

To ensure the highest quality, we regularly review and refine the design and construction of our handcrafted hardwood furniture (bed frames, bookshelves etc.) As a result, minor details may differ slightly from the product photos displayed on our website. These variations are part of our continuous product improvement process and are not considered defects. Therefore, they do not qualify for return, refund, warranty, or compensation claims.

Product photos displayed on our website are for illustration purposes only. Due to manufacturing updates, different production batches, photography, lighting, screen settings, and natural variations in textile materials, the appearance of the latex mattress, pillows, outer cover, quilting pattern, labels, handles, zippers, packaging, and other cosmetic details may vary slightly from the images shown.

The pinhole pattern of the latex core may also vary between production batches, including the size, spacing, or arrangement of the pinholes. These variations are part of the normal manufacturing process and do not affect the mattress's 7-zone ergonomic design, firmness, durability, comfort, or performance.

These minor variations do not affect the quality, performance, or intended functionality of the product and are not considered defects. Therefore, they do not qualify for return, refund, warranty, or compensation claims.
